Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
