200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar

200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, for garnish

Instructions
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed components inside a pot, bring to a gentle boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. After that, turn off the burner allowing it to cool completely. Decant into an sterilised bottle, cap it and refrigerate it chilled, it can be stored for around one month.
To make Batch Mix: Pour all the liquid ingredients into a sizeable container, let it rest for one hour, then pass it through preferably using cheesecloth, making it completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml of the cocktail base to a mixing glass packed with ice, and agitate lightly for a minute to cool it down. Strain into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with some cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
